10 Cups French Bread Cubed
1 large Onion chopped
1 Celery stalk chopped
2 tsp Sage
1/2 t Rosemary
1  t Thyme
2 Pippin Apples chopped
1  cup Cranberries
1/4 cup Chicken Base
2 cups boiling Water
1 8oz can Water Chestnuts
4 oz Butter
3 Eggs



In a large skillet cook the onion and celery over a medium heat. Stir in spices and apples.

In a bowl whip eggs until fluffy. Add eggs to cubed French bread. Add the onions and celery mixture. Put into a large casserole dish and top with melted butter. Cover with plastic wrap and foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
