Chocolate Ganache

Thick Chocolate frosting for cakes or cupcakes.

30 Oz Chocolate
12 oz butter
2 Tb Vanilla
4.5 cups sugar
4.5 Cups of Cream
Chocolate Ganache


Cut the chocolate and the butter into small pieces and place in large bowl.  Take cream and sugar and bring to a boil in a medium sauce pan.  Pour boiling cream and sugar mixture over the chocolate and butter mixture and add vanilla. Gently stir every ten minute for 60 minutes.
