Jeff's Artichoke Gratinee

Dig into this appetizing dip, tasty with warmed bread or crackers. Quite a comfort food!

1 lb Cream Cheese
1 lb Sour Cream
28 Oz Artichoke Bottoms or Hearts
3 Tb Garlic
1 tsp White Pepper
2 tsp Salt
2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Tb Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Asiago Cheese - grated

Jeff's Artichoke Gratinee


Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Soften cream cheese.  
Dice artichokes and combine all ingredients together.  
With your hands, mix until thoroughly blended.
Spread evenly in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve warm.
