Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 Tbs cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp cloves

4 eggs

1  29oz can 100% pure pumpkin

1 can evaporated milk

1 can condensed milk

Pumpkin Pie



Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl.  Beat eggs in a large bowl.  Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.  Gradually stir in evaporated and condensed milk. 


Pour into 9 inch pie shell.


Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 350 degrees, bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in to middle comes out clean.  

Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.  Serve immediately or refrigerate.  Top with whipped cream before serving.
