Pumpkin Rolls

3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Cloves
1/4 t Salt
3 Eggs
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 cup chopped Walnuts 
1 ,8oz package Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
6 T Butter softened
1 t Vanilla 
Pumpkin Rolls



Grease 15” x 10” jelly roll pan and line with wax paper. Grease the wax paper and set aside. Sprinkle a thin kitchen towel with powdered sugar and set aside. 
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. In a separate bowl beat eggs and granulated sugar until thick. Beat in the pumpkin and then stir in the flour mixture. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle walnuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Immediately turn cake out of pan onto the prepared towel. Peel off paper. Roll up cake and towel, starting with the narrow end. Let cool on wire rack. 
Beat Cream cheese, powdered sugar (1 cup), butter and vanilla until smooth. Carefully unroll the cake and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over cake. Reroll the cake. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
