5 lbs Turkey wings
5 sticks celery diced
2 large onions
2 carrots
1 bunch of parsley
2 T poultry seasoning
1/2 cup chicken base
1T to 2 T white pepper
Turkey Gravy



In a large sauce pot, add turkey wings, celery, onions, carrots, poultry seasoning, parsley- bring to boil and reduce to simmer. 
Strain mixture. Add roux to your thickness (see below.)
Add chicken base and stir well. 
Add white pepper.
To Make Roux:
1 cube butter per cup of flour. Saute until flour taste is gone stirring frequently but do not brown.
