Perfect Pie Crust

Perfect flaky pie crust!

20 Oz. bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound chilled butter
1/2 cup ice water

Perfect Pie Crust


Place salt and flour in a mixer and mix with paddle. Slowly add small pieces of butter. Pour in ice water quickly. When mixed, measure out four 10 ounce balls. On a floured surface, roll out pie crust. Makes four ten inch pies
